1st shift Monday – Thursday 5:30 am – 4:00 pm - $22.80 / hour

2nd shift Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm – 2:00 am - $24.80 / hour

Weekend Shift Friday – Sunday 5:30 am – 6:00 pm - $25.80 / hour

Typical day as an Assembler
  • This job will require a meticulous and detail‑oriented assembler to construct intricate medical devices. This role requires proficiency in using small hand tools such as screwdrivers and tweezers to assemble miniature components with precision and accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent manual dexterity, visual acuity, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Adhering to safety, quality, and quantity standards
  • Following directions and blueprints to meet product specifications

  • Have the ability to meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
  • Can read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English
  • Are able to carry out verbal instructions and communicate verbally in English
  • Adhere to safety‑related issues, including good housekeeping and ergonomics practices
  • Are willing to participate in workplace organization, cross‑training, and teamwork
  • Have attention to detail and a propensity to speak up when safety or quality issues occur
  • Are motivated to learn new processes, systems, and equipment
  • Work well in a diverse setting and can resolve conflicts within a cross‑functional team
