CNC Machinist & CAM Programmer

We are looking for an experienced CNC machinist with strong 5‑axis machining skills and hands‑on CAM programming capabilities to support precision part manufacturing at our Redmond facility. The ideal candidate will be confident in both machine operation and programming.

This is a full‑time, permanent, direct employment opportunity with benefits.

• Set up and operate 5‑axis CNC machines to manufacture precision components
• Generate CAM programs using Siemens NX (or similar software)
• Read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models to guide machining strategy
• Choose appropriate tools and cutting parameters to meet quality and cycle time requirements
• Perform in‑process inspections and make necessary adjustments

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in 5‑axis CNC machining
• Proficiency in CAM programming, specifically with Siemens NX
• Strong blueprint reading skills, including GD&T
• Experience in aerospace or satellite component manufacturing is a plus!

$30 - $50 an hour
