Integrated Marketing Manager

The Microsoft Copilot Integrated Marketing team turns a product into customer preference and business impact across every channel and moment. We set a high bar for creative quality, and we help everyone around us meet it. We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team.

Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across channels, programs, and priorities. Help bring launches, campaigns, customer programs, events, and thought leadership to market, with care for the details that make them memorable.

You’ll collaborate with marketers, product teams, communicators, creatives, and agency partners to deliver work that inspires customers, builds trust, and drives business impact.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field
• 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Experience supporting product launches, events, communications, or integrated marketing programs
• Familiarity with B2B technology marketing and commercial audiences
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data and insights
• A point of view on what makes marketing great, with examples you love from inside or outside our category
• Genuine curiosity about AI and hands-on interest in how products like Copilot change the way people work
