We’re a small, hands-on team dedicated to craftsmanship, innovation, and producing some of the most rifles in the industry. We are seeking a Quality Technician/Inspector to support inspection activities across our manufacturing operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quality Inspector located in Redmond, Utah. The Quality Technician/Inspector is responsible for performing accurate, consistent, and timely inspections of materials, in-process components, and finished firearm products to ensure compliance with Fierce Firearms’ quality standards, engineering drawings, and customer requirements. This position supports the overall quality management system by maintaining documentation, identifying and troubleshooting nonconforming material, and assisting in continuous improvement of inspection practices.

This is a hands-on role within a small, collaborative team that supports the company’s commitment to producing high-performance, precision firearms.

• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection or quality control.
• Strong measurement skills and ability to read technical drawings.
• Understanding of firearm safety and basic firearm function.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of completing work without constant supervision.

• CMM or optical comparator experience.
• CNC machining or manufacturing background.
• Experience in ISO 9001 environments.
