Out cooks prepare high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations, as well as company standards. To be a successful cook, you will be quick and diligent and be able to follow instruction and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Assists in maintaining a well-organized and efficient food service department.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all basic food production skill sets, performing these error‑free and meeting company quality standards.
• Prepares and serves attractive, nutritious meals in an organized manner.

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position.
• Experience and/or knowledge of special diets, meal preparation for large groups preferred.
• Safe food handling techniques are required.
• Ability to read and understand recipes.
• Work in a team environment.
• Work flexible shifts.
• Handle multiple tasks at one time and communicate effectively verbally and/or in writing.
