Counter Server / Front of House (Due' Cucina)

We are a family‑run Italian restaurant in Redmond. At Due’ Cucina Italiana we serve homemade pasta bowls and other dishes inspired by the best of the Italian tradition. All dishes are cooked fresh from scratch every day, including pasta that is extruded in our on‑site pasta lab.

• Demonstrate and uphold our company core values at all times.

• Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due' experience.
• Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (Uber Eats, Door Dash, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Covid‑19 precautionary measures in the dining area.
• Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish.
• Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed.
• Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome.
• Other duties as necessary or assigned.

Previous customer service experience in restaurants is highly appreciated, but if you don’t have it, no problem – we will train you.

• People person who enjoys spending time with customers to educate them on our food.
• High‑energy, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work (and have fun) in a diverse team.
• Attention to detail.
• Passionate about food.
• Minimum 21 years old (alcohol service required).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Possesses or willing to obtain a current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit.
• Ability to speak or understand Spanish is a plus.
