. This role is part of an upscale, friendly café environment serving baked breads, pastries, soups, salads, sandwiches, and espresso beverages. No late nights.

• Provide excellent customer service, listening to guests’ needs and delivering orders fast, accurately, and with a friendly smile.
• Maintain a clean, fast, friendly café environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily operations and support team members as needed.

Base pay range: $19.00/hr competitive wages plus tips. Daily pay program, meal discounts, insurance options (medical/dental/vision), HSA, hospital indemnity, critical illness, AD&D, paid sick leave.

• Stand and move continuously for up to 10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 pounds (pots, pans, glassware, boxes).
• Read and write for communication.
• Use fingers/hand dexterity for small tools and equipment.
