Seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and engaging with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms (in FFL locations).

This role offers hourly pay plus commission, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $2.66 per hour.

• Engage with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures and maintain the sales floor.
• Handle sales, loans, cash, and regulatory transactions.
• Communicate legal aspects of transactions effectively.
• Create a positive customer experience and complete training.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become certified.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to multi-task.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system operation skills.
