• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom‑fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen.
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately under time pressure, provide exceptional product knowledge, and use appropriate tools.
• Proactively explore root causes of issues, ensuring customers are satisfied and expectations exceeded.
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities.
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies.
• Take pride in store appearance and help keep store clean, attractive, and organized.
• Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices.
• Be resourceful, self‑motivated, with a desire for continual learning, improvement, and results.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills – ability to use & carry an iPAD/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
• Embrace new technology & change.

• Previous customer service & retail experience.

Pay Range: $25.69 – $38.27 per hour. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
