Talking to property managers and contractors, and homeowners.
What you'll be doing- Work company-provided leads from initial discovery through close
- Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
- Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
- Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
- Day 30:
Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets - Month 6:
Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self-gen plus assigned leads - Year 1:
Sitting in the top quartile of the team and being considered for leadership track
- Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
- Someone who has 5+ years in roofing sales and is self-driven. Has good grip on available products
- Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
