Our client, a leading innovator in augmented reality and virtual reality technology, is seeking a dedicated Data Collection Technician to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the AR/VR Product Data Operations team, you will contribute to the development of cutting‑edge avatar technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

• Job Title: Data Collection Technician
• Location: Redmond, Washington
• Contract Length: 12 Months with potential extension
• Pay Rate: $25/hour

• Author guidelines for data collection and quality assurance audits to ensure high standards.
• Conduct internal research studies, including sourcing participants, guiding them through procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
• Perform weekly QA audits of collection data from internal and external teams to identify trends and issues.
• Compile weekly reports highlighting insights and areas for improvement in data collection processes.
• Engage actively in program monitoring, providing feedback to optimize data quality and project success.

• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software, including writing formulas in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Willingness to work onsite in Redmond, WA.
