: Security Officer Armed Patrol Aero/Defense —
Redmond, WA

As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $27.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon – Thu, 06:30 AM – 04:30 PM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for armed personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized access and maintain awareness of activities within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and observations as required by site-specific procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain required certifications for armed security-related duties within an aerospace and defense environment.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid and active concealed carry weapons permit.
• Must have an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years of experience as a security supervisor or manager, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
