Note:

The hourly rate for this position is $22 - $24 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform construction laborer duties such as:
  Site cleanup, demolition, moving materials, debris removal, trenching and digging, loading, and unloading
• Follow and maintain safety practices
• Ability to complete other labor duties as assigned per direction of the supervisor

• OSHA 10 Certification is preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• 1 year of prior experience in the Commercial and residential field required
• Prior experience using basic hand tools is preferred
