Pearce Heating, AC & Electric Inc. is looking for a licensed electrician to join our team and take the lead on residential installs & service calls. You’ll have the support of helpers, a stocked truck, and full office backing—including scheduling, invoicing, and customer service. Your focus will be doing quality electrical work, while we handle the logistics.

• Local work on the Eastside – no long commutes across the state.

Perform residential electrical installations and service, including:

• Panel and sub‑panel upgrades
• Generators
• EV charger installations
• Surge protection
• Residential service work and troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in residential systems.
• Ensure all work meets code requirements and company standards.
• Provide a professional, customer‑first experience on every job.

• Washington (EL02) Journeyman Electrician License
• Strong residential electrical experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• A team player who is hungry, humble, and smart.
• Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and customer care.

Competitive pay
: $35–$40 per hour (depending on experience), with opportunities for additional earnings.
