Pay:$22.50 per hour
Join our team for an exciting opportunity to work with Cirque du Soleil’s“ECHO” production in Redmond, WA, a world-renowned Quebec-based organization known for delivering high-quality artistic entertainment.
We’re currently hiring
General Labor Associates to support the setup, teardown, and site operations for Cirque du Soleil. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, outdoor environments, and being part of a large‑scale live event production.
Location:Redmond, WA
Show Dates:January 30, 2026 – March 22, 2026
Set Up Dates:January 22, 2026 – January 29, 2026
Schedule:Wednesday through Sunday (availability on these days is mandatory)
Mandatory:Saturdays and Sundays
Shifts:AM and PM shifts available (flexibility required)
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent and relevant general labor or event setup experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced outdoor environment
- Comfortable working even in
unfavorable weather (rain, cold, heat) - Strong teamwork, communication, and follow‑through
- Punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety procedures at all times
Interview Process:
- Resume review – applicants must have recent experience in general labor, event setup, construction labor, or similar roles
- Qualified candidates will be contacted by a TSC Recruiter to discuss the role in detail and review Cirque du Soleil’s safety standards and expectations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with tent setup, stage build‑out, bleachers, backstage structures, and site installation
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Follow direction from supervisors and technical crews
- Assemble and disassemble event infrastructure
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely (training provided as needed)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Wear required PPE at all times:
hard hat, safety vest, steel‑toe shoes
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in general labor, warehouse labor, construction labor, event setup, or similar physical work
- Must be comfortable working
outdoors in varying weather conditions - Must be able to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in teams
- Willingness to assist in any additional tasks assigned by supervisors
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must provide and wear required PPE (hard hat, safety vest, steel‑toe shoes) – company may provide additional items if needed
Physical Demands:
- Extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to
50 lbs - Ability to work outdoors on uneven ground and in variable weather
Uniform:
- Safety vest (required)
- Hard hat (required)
- Weather‑appropriate layers (recommended)
