Software Development Engineer; C++​/Windows – Cloud Gaming

Location: Redmond, WA (Local preferred, Remote considered)

Contract: 6 months (January – June 30), potential extension

Pay Rate:

• SDE2: $50/hour
• SDE3: $55/hour

Join the Cloud Gaming team focused on streaming technology and feature/tool development for Windows. We’re looking for engineers who can think broadly, collaborate effectively, and contribute to a wide range of technologies – all while helping gamers enjoy seamless experiences wherever they play.

• Design and develop features and tools for Windows to enhance cloud gaming streaming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance for Windows-based streaming experiences.
• Participate in design discussions and code reviews.

• Strong proficiency in C++ and Windows development.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Solid problem‑solving and debugging skills.

• Team size: 3 developers (ideal mix: 1 SDE3 and 2 SDE2).
• Project funded through June 30 (end of fiscal year); extension possible but not guaranteed.
• Budgets for next fiscal year determined in May/June.
