Software Design Engineer

Job Summary

As a Software Design Engineer, you will join a specialized team focused on the hardware security of next‑generation mobile computing devices. You will be responsible for the development and testing of low‑level software, firmware, and cryptographic components that protect devices at the hardware level. This is an opportunity to work on cutting‑edge security chipsets and core operating system components.

$58.06 – $63.00 per hour

8am to 5pm

Bachelor’s

• Develop firmware and software for device boot components and security drivers.
• Implement and test cryptographic code for encryption and decryption.
• Analyze system requirements to design and implement sophisticated software solutions.
• Perform unit testing and in‑depth troubleshooting of production systems.
• Collaborate in a daily sprint environment to deliver feature‑ready code.

• 5 years of experience in Hardware Security (TPM, Trusted Boot, or Platform Security).
• 5 years of experience in Cryptography software development.
• 5 years of experience with low‑level Windows firmware and driver development.
• Strong proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and large‑scale software design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
