Our client, a leader in AAA game and device development is seeking a Producer 3 to join their team. As a Producer 3, you will be part of our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills , a continuous drive to learn and adapt and a passion for gaming and gaming culture which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Producer 3
Location: Onsite – Hybrid (Redmond, WA, with possibility of hybrid after training)
Pay Range: $50- $55 hourly
What’s the Job?- Partner with the Executive Producer to manage day-to-day production and workflow for various projects.
- Identify, communicate, track, and report on individual tasks and work items across multiple disciplines.
- Coordinate across internal and external teams to deliver quality on time (features, content, events, testing).
- Collaborate to remove blockers and actively unblock workflows using existing solutions or implementing new tools.
- Review and provide informed feedback on development schedules and roadmaps.
- 5+ years of experience in a video game Production or Project Management role.
- At least 2 shipped titles credited as Producer on PC and/or Console games.
- Ability to identify gaps, product needs proactively, and drive continuous quality improvement.
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, Teams, Office tools, and other project management platforms.
- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills.
