Our client, a leading organization in the gaming industry, is seeking a Producer 5 to join their team. As a Producer 5, you will be part of the Game Development Department supporting the Casual Games team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a passion for creating engaging casual games, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Own project delivery from design through launch, managing the roadmap, schedule, and key milestones.
• Drive research and development efforts to rapidly prove key features and concepts.
• Lead the launch process, ensuring compliance, legal, privacy, and security reviews are smoothly managed.
• Coordinate and lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, artists, and marketers to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• 8+ years of experience in game production, with a proven record of shipping successful titles.
• Experience guiding multiple games from development through launch and into live operations.
• Knowledge of navigating compliance, privacy, and security frameworks within large organizations.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Azure Dev Ops.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building consensus.
