** Software Engineer
** you will support the design, implementation, and operation of secure, scalable, and automated cloud solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure technologies. Working as part of a Dev Ops and Cloud Infrastructure team, this role partners with customers, systems integrators, architects, and engineers to modernize infrastructure, automate deployment processes, and accelerate cloud adoption in classified and regulated environments.

The Engineer contributes to cloud platform engineering initiatives through Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, container orchestration, and cloud operations while ensuring solutions align with security, compliance, and operational requirements.

** Responsibilities*
* ** TECHNICAL DELIVERY*
* + Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Bicep, ARM templates, and Azure-native services.

+ Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops (ADO).

+ Deploy, configure, and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized workloads.

+ Support cloud migration and infrastructure modernization activities.

+ Implement and maintain Azure platform services including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Azure DNS, Azure Firewall, and Azure networking solutions.

+ Configure and support identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra , Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

+ Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure, platform, and deployment issues.

+ Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.

+ Participate in Agile and Dev Ops practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement activities.

+ Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.

* Required Qualifications:

* + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

** This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
