You will design, build, and maintain the infrastructure, automation tools, and deployment pipelines that support software development and AI model training workflows. This hands‑on role combines Dev Ops engineering, Python automation, cloud infrastructure, and build and release engineering to improve reliability, reduce manual work, and help engineering teams deliver software efficiently. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, automate repetitive processes, and support end‑to‑end development and deployment workflows in a collaborative, onsite engineering environment.

• Design, build, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Automate software build, testing, validation, packaging, deployment, and release processes.
• Develop Python scripts and automation tools to streamline engineering and operational workflows.
• Provision, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure and development environments.
• Manage source control, branching strategies, build systems, artifact management, and release workflows.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration automation.
• Manage software dependencies, environment configurations, credentials, secrets, and deployment settings.
• Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational health checks.
• Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, infrastructure problems, networking, and environment configuration challenges.
• Improve system reliability, deployment consistency, release quality, and developer productivity through automation.
• Support containerized applications and deployment environments where applicable.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and develop automated solutions to improve engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate with software engineers and technical stakeholders to improve development, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Evaluate and implement tools and technologies that improve automation, infrastructure management, and engineering workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Dev Ops, CI/CD, build engineering, or release engineering.
• Strong Python programming and scripting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform.
• Experience with Git and modern source control workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms.
• Understanding of software build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Experience troubleshooting infrastructure, build, deployment, and environment issues.
