Are you passionate about fitness and love creating engaging, fun and educational workout experiences? Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, an upscale, resort-style community for active adults aged 55 and over, is looking for a vibrant and energetic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team!

What You’ll Do

• Lead dynamic, safe, and entertaining group fitness classes.
• Build positive relationships with members to inspire ongoing participation.
• Adapt intensity and modify exercises to suit individual needs.
• Stay on top of fitness trends and maintain expertise in anatomy, kinesiology, and safe exercise practices for active older adults.

What We’re Looking For

• A current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience or training in working with active older adults.
• A friendly, outgoing personality that can light up a room!
• Specialty certifications (like Barre, Step, Hip Hop or Kick Boxing) are a bonus!

Compensation And Employment Options

• $40 per hour.
• Candidates have the flexibility to choose between being an employee of HOAMCO or working as an Independent Contractor, depending on what best fits your needs and career goals.
