We have an amazing opportunity for an ambitious, hardworking individual to join our team in a hybrid role as a Front-End Designer.

You will be an integral part of the creative marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager. We are looking to add a team member who is an expert in ecommerce and DTC that can help drive web design & development on the front end, develop strategies to achieve business objectives, and own the split testing processes for continuous weekly A/B testing funnel wide.

From conception through execution, this role partners interdepartmentally to achieve milestones and project timelines. This is an exciting role where you will get to compare your work to other top sites on a world stage!

• Strong ability to develop and modify user facing features for web and move applications
• Can optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Ecommerce and DTC Expertise
• Complete ownership of all front-end web development including processes and documentation of all relevant systems and controls
• Be the go-to person for all things design within the company
• Have a deep understanding of how to design, build and execute great experiences for our users
• Excellent communication skills – you should be able to clearly articulate your ideas in a way that resonates with your team
• Ready to compare your work on a world stage (compare your work to other top sites in terms of performance, design, UI/UX)

• Expert on underlying functionality and usage for front-end website development
• Deep knowledge of modern front-end tooling workflows and build automation
• Architect and implement modern web and marketing technology stacks
• Experience building and maintaining a reusable components library
• Ability to interface with existing databases and manipulate data as needed
• 2+ years of experience working in product-related design positions
• 4+ years of HTML/ CSS experience
• 4+ years of Java script experience
• 4+ years of experience of pixel-perfect, detail-oriented design
• 4+ years of web design experience with mobile-first design and perfect execution (portfolio required)
• Familiarity with PHP – ability to implement html designs in our PHP Templates

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc)
• A/B Testing experience - Familiarity with Google Optimize/Ultra Cart/Frontend Testing
• Have a deep understanding of how to build, inspire and execute brand and direct response marketing across multiple verticals including eCommerce, landing pages, blogs, etc.
• Proven ability to win split tests based on design improvements or UX/UI improvements
• Strong track record of ownership of all front end development including processes, documentation, of all relevant systems and controls
