Position Overview Internexus Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Language Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant teaching experience and a strong commitment to enhancing the language skills of our diverse student body. This position requires in-person instruction at our Redondo Beach campus.##

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' language proficiency levels.
* Teach English language classes, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
* Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their learning.
* Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and interaction.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and instructional practices.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in language instruction.##

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
* TESOL certificate (or equivalent) is required.
* Significant teaching experience in English as a Second Language (ESL) or related fields.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.##

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with diverse student populations.
* Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technology in the classroom.
* Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.## Working Conditions
