Overview

This role puts you at the heart of a ground‑up hypercar program where aerospace‑level engineering meets high‑performance automotive innovation. You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with a small, elite team designing systems from scratch — no legacy baggage, just pure engineering. If you want real ownership, real hardware, and real impact, this is the kind of opportunity engineers dream about.

Benefits
  • Opportunity to design next‑generation hypercar systems from a completely clean slate
  • Direct access to highly experienced engineering founders with aerospace backgrounds
  • High‑ownership environment where your work directly shapes final vehicle performance
  • Fast career growth within a small, focused team
  • Hands‑on engineering with rapid design‑to‑prototype cycles
  • Chance to innovate across multiple domains: engine, drivetrain, suspension, aerodynamics, and vehicle structure
Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize mechanical systems for a high‑performance road vehicle
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to develop integrated solutions
  • Use CAD tools to create detailed models, assemblies, and design iterations
  • Support testing, validation, and refinement of mechanical components
  • Contribute to ground‑up system development with strong ownership of assigned hardware
  • Identify engineering challenges and develop creative, practical solutions
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical input across the vehicle program
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of mechanical or aerospace engineering experience
  • Proven success in engineering‑related projects involving complex systems
  • Proficiency with Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) tools (e.g., Solid Works, CATIA, NX)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong problem‑solving ability with meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in engineering solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, highly technical startup environment
