As a Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst – Level 2 or Level 3, you will be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.
In This Job, You Will- Set up a cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring a validated cost schedule control system.
- Maintain EVMS compliance, including cost/schedule integration.
- Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain spending plans; develop and review Estimate at Completion (EAC) documents; incorporate changes into the EVMS system to maintain cost and schedule baselines.
- Assist Control Account Managers with EVMS activities, including WBS development and alignment, time‑phasing of tasks, developing earned‑value methodologies, performance measurement, estimate‑to‑complete analysis, and variance analysis research and reporting.
- Create financial charts for program management and review; identify cost impacts and develop recovery plans as required.
- Reconcile actuals, manage budget change requests, and ensure proper accounting.
- Incorporate contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work per contract to maintain realistic cost and schedule baselines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency with Deltek Cobra EMVS System, wInsight, SAP Management Project Systems Module, Business Warehouse (BW), and Power
BI. - Experience working for a cleared customer.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years’ experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Cost Control; OR Master’s Degree and 1 year of stated experience.
- Active U.S. Government DoD Top‑Secret clearance and SCI access.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS).
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Cost Control; OR Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience.
- Active U.S. Government DoD Top‑Secret clearance and SCI access.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS).
Primary Level: $75,800 – $113,800
Secondary Level: $94,200 – $141,200
