Physical Therapist Assistant - Home Health

Gold Standard Therapy Solutions, Inc provides pay ranges and seeks a PTA to deliver home health rehabilitation services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

• As a contract Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.
• Utilize your skills to implement treatment plans and guide patients in therapeutic exercises.
• Contribute to patients achieving goals and improving independence and quality of life.

• Minimum 1 year of licensed Physical Therapist Assistant experience (experience in home healthcare is a plus).
• Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Responsive and timely communication through messaging.
• Proficient in documentation and ensuring timely completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach.

• Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance.
• A physical examination within the last 2 years.
• Tuberculosis (TB) test conducted within the last 1-2 years depending on test type.
• Possession of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with an active business license.

$60.00/hr - $80.00/hr
