We are looking for a kind, approachable, and thoughtful leader who balances empathy with accountability . The ideal candidate builds trust across all levels of the organization, values employee well-being, and is confident setting expectations, navigating complex employee relations matters, and having difficult conversations when necessary.
This role is well suited for a proactive, hands-on leader who takes initiative and enjoys building and improving HR processes, programs, and initiatives . The ideal candidate is resourceful, comfortable working independently, and capable of identifying organizational needs, developing solutions, and driving improvements with minimal direction. We value a collaborative and creative environment where employees are encouraged to share ideas, participate in decisions, grow professionally, and contribute to shaping our workplace culture.
