Northrop Grumman F-35 Program has an opening for a Business Manager 3 of the Production portfolio to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. Critical success factors for candidates will include a dynamic leadership presence, highly collaborative work style, the ability to anticipate problems, proactively deal with difficult situations and communicate appropriately with all levels of stakeholders. The candidate selected for this role must have strong organizational, problem-solving and closure skills, strong written and oral communications skills, and demonstrated interpersonal skills with different stakeholders and levels of professionals and management.

Training in any of Northrop Grumman’s common process management tools is a plus.

The selected candidate will lead and have accountability for all Business Management activities supporting part of the overall Production OU of the F-35 Program. The selected candidate will be responsible for various critical business efforts that support the broader Production system such as, Special Tooling and Test Equipment (STATE), Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) programs, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS), Engineering / Production Change Requests, Tooling Return / Reuse, and lead business integration of the largest subcontractor (Rheinmetall) that is co-producing the F-35 Center Fuselage in Germany as well as F-35 Sustaining Modeling EAC activities
