• Demonstrate cooking techniques such as prepping, roasting, broiling, braising, sautéing, grilling, etc., creating products with freshness, taste, and consistency to the specification of the Airline and DO & CO’s standards.
• Standardize recipes and notify the Chef/Sous Chef of shortages or discrepancies. Supervise supply‑chain systems to control timing of food production flow and avoid delays.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems to manager and the hygiene and food safety team.

• Proactivity and self‑organization

• Accurately monitor wastage
• Flexibility for different shifts – night, weekends, holidays

• Culinary Education preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience
