As a Principal Industrial Security Analyst / Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst, your role at the Redondo Beach, CA facility will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement all requisite national security directives with specific emphasis on NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Special Access Program (SAP) directives and other governing directives, as applicable.
- Exhibit the dedication and expectation of excellence required of a seasoned security professional while working within a team environment.
- Work as a team player, exhibit flexibility, set priorities, and manage customer expectations in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
- Interact with internal and external customers or Government security officials in performance of security duties.
Principal Industrial Security Analyst Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of Industrial Security experience with Bachelor's; OR 3 years with Master’s, 1 year with a PhD OR an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be considered in-lieu of a degree.
- Candidate must have and be able to maintain an Active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level with a background investigation date within the last 6 years.
- Experience working in a Special Program Access (SAP) environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain access to a Special Access Program (SAP).
- Must have working knowledge of NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and DOD SAP Manuals.
- Working knowledge of Corporate and Government systems: DISS & SIMS.
Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst Basic Qualifications:
- 8 years of Industrial Security experience with Bachelor's; 6 years with Master’s; 4 years with a PhD OR an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be considered in-lieu of a degree.
- Candidate must have and be able to maintain an Active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level with a background investigation date within the last 6 years.
- Experience working in a Special Program Access (SAP) environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain access to a Special Access Program (SAP).
- Must have working knowledge of NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and DOD SAP Manuals.
- Working knowledge of Corporate and Government systems: DISS & SIMS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as CPSO.
- Demonstrated familiarity with SAP Manual, ICD 705 and Tempest Standards.
- Demonstrated familiarity with SCI.
- SSO experience.
- Top Secret clearance.
- OPSEC and Program Protection (P2) experience.
- Classification review experience.
- Experience completing compliance self-inspections and supporting formal customer compliance inspections.
- Self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion.
