The Role

This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of construction projects, supporting both pre-construction and commercial delivery.

As a Senior Quality Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering accurate tenders, managing project financials, and coordinating bids to ensure compliance and successful project outcomes.

You will play a key part in supporting business growth, managing client relationships, and maintaining high HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tenders, estimates, and Bills of Quantities (up to £5M)
  • Manage CVRs, forecasting, and project financials
  • Coordinate bids and ensure compliance
  • Negotiate supply chain pricing
  • Oversee valuations, applications, and final accounts
  • Support client relationships and business growth
