About the Position:- Full-Time position with alternate weekend working required
- Benefit from an annual salary exceeding £35,000

- Take ownership of daily practice management responsibilities
- Work closely alongside area and senior management
- CQC registration is advantageous but not essential

- Manage receptionists, dental nurses and wider practice teams

- Oversee rotas, annual leave, sickness and staff cover
- Support recruitment, inductions, appraisals and mandatory training
- Maintain CQC compliance, audits and risk assessments
- Monitor NHS activity, patient payments and clinician diaries
- Oversee equipment servicing, decontamination and safety records
