An exciting opportunity for an experienced Revit Technician / Architectural Technologist to join a well established multidisciplinary consultancy with offices in Cornwall and Bristol.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit someone with strong Revit experience to support the delivery of a wide variety of technically challenging projects. Whilst the preference is for someone to be based in Cornwall, applications from Bristol will also be considered.
Working alongside Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, you'll be involved in the production and coordination of BIM models and technical drawing packages across a diverse portfolio of work, giving you excellent exposure to a range of sectors and projects. Role & Responsibilities
Produce and coordinate BIM models and technical drawing packages using Revit
Work closely with Architects and Engineers to deliver projects across all RIBA stages
Prepare accurate technical and construction information
Coordinate consultant information and resolve technical queries
Maintain BIM standards throughout project delivery
Attend project meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of projects
Requirements
Previous experience as an Architectural Technologist, Architectural Technician or Revit Technician
Strong working knowledge of Revit is essential
Experience working within a UK architectural practice
Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
