Role Responsibilities- Drive internal PPM improvements using iDT&R (Internal Defect Tracking & Resolution)
- Drive external PPM improvements using CDT&R (Customer Defect Tracking & Resolution)
- Maintain and update value stream quality systems using standard APQP tools.
- Lead quality‑related Kaizen events for your respective value stream.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to reduce scrap for your respective value stream.
- Engineering degree (or equivalent) or recognized engineering apprenticeship program.
- Proven background in quality engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing).
- Experience with APQP core tools in both development and maintenance.
- Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and DoE (Design of Experiments).
- Experienced in Root Cause/Corrective Action process.
- Experience using Six Sigma tools.
- ASQ or Six Sigma certifications.
