• Drive internal PPM improvements using iDT&R (Internal Defect Tracking & Resolution)
• Drive external PPM improvements using CDT&R (Customer Defect Tracking & Resolution)
• Maintain and update value stream quality systems using standard APQP tools.
• Lead quality‑related Kaizen events for your respective value stream.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to reduce scrap for your respective value stream.

• Engineering degree (or equivalent) or recognized engineering apprenticeship program.
• Proven background in quality engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing).
• Experience with APQP core tools in both development and maintenance.
• Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and DoE (Design of Experiments).
• Experienced in Root Cause/Corrective Action process.

• Experience using Six Sigma tools.
• ASQ or Six Sigma certifications.
