Overview
My client, a well-established and patient-focused healthcare provider, is looking to appoint a Pharmacy Manager to lead their Redruth pharmacy. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced pharmacist to take on a leadership role, managing both the team and day-to-day operations while driving excellent patient care.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the pharmacy team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Ensure the pharmacy operates in full compliance with all regulatory, legal, and professional standards.
- Oversee dispensing, stock control, and procurement processes to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication management for patients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the pharmacy is audit-ready at all times.
- Qualified Pharmacist (MPharm or equivalent) with a valid UK registration.
- Significant pharmacy experience, including management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of pharmacy legislation, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to lead a team in a busy, patient-facing environment.
