A healthcare organization in Cornwall is seeking a part-time Progress Co-ordinator to support patients' safe discharge from the hospital. You will assist with administrative duties, work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, and ensure that patient needs are effectively addressed. Ideal candidates will have NVQ 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
Flexible hours required, including some weekends.
