Community Care Assistant

Excellent hourly rates (£13.30-£13.80). Twice-yearly performance bonuses ( average FT workers £750-£1000 every six months) Enhanced pay for bank holidays. Paid mileage and travel time. Supporting clients with daily living tasks, promoting independence. Providing personal care and assistance with medication. Building positive relationships and offering companionship. Accompanying clients on outings and appointments. What We Need: A caring and empathetic nature. A valid driving license. Availability to work alternate weekends and flexible shifts. Prior care experience (preferred, but not essential).
