Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker in Lanner, England. In this role, you will support a male client with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) by assisting with mobility, communication, and daily activities. The position is zero-hours, offering shifts during the day and night. The ideal candidate will have the skills to encourage independence and participation in social activities.
