We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Community Carers to join our growing team, supporting people within their own homes to live safely, comfortably, and independently.

Previous care experience is beneficial; however, what matters most is your kindness, reliability, and genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone's day. • 7:00am - 2:00pm
• 4:00pm - 10:00pm

As a Community Carer, You Will

• Support clients with personal care and medication assistance
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with household tasks to help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Encourage clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and confidence
• Support clients with appointments and liaise with families and healthcare professionals when required
• Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns appropriately

• A genuine passion for helping others
• Excellent communication skills
• A reliable and compassionate approach
• Availability to work alternate weekends
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• The right to work in the UK
