Salary: £49,387 – £64,750 per annum (pro‑rata)
This position is open only to current NHS staff employed by one of the following organisations:

Work within the ‘at‑risk mental health’ (ARMS) pathway of the Early Intervention for Psychosis Service (EIPS). The role involves community‑based assessment and treatment, requiring frequent travel across the county, including areas not served by public transport.
Main Duties- Provide specialist psychological assessments for ARMS clients, analysing complex data from tests, measures, observations, and interviews with clients, families and care teams.
- Formulate and implement psychological treatment or management plans based on appropriate conceptual frameworks, using evidence‑based methods across all care settings.
- Deliver a range of psychological interventions to individuals, carers, families and groups, adjusting formulations and hypotheses as needed.
- Doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or Forensic Psychology (BPS accredited). Must meet the clinical competencies required for the post and the Essential Criteria.
- HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist, or expected to obtain before commencing (for trainees).
- Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment across outpatient, community, primary care and inpatient settings.
- Proficiency in complex psychological assessment, formulation, clinical interventions and case management.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for conveying technical and clinically sensitive information to clients, families, carers and professional colleagues.
- Experience providing consultation to multidisciplinary and non‑professional groups.
- Career conversations, individual development plans, succession planning and talent management.
