Educare Recruitment are looking for Community Carers to join a fantastic care team providing high-quality, person-centred care to people in their own homes.

We have full-time and part-time positions available, with excellent rates of pay and 45p per mile mileage.

Your Role Will Include

Providing person-centred care in people's own homes
Supporting with personal care and daily routines
Supporting with meals and household tasks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Encouraging independence, dignity and choice
Following individual care and support plans
Supporting with medication where trained and required
Completing accurate care records
Communicating effectively with families and other professionals
Travelling between local care visits

Pay & Hours

£14.00–£15.00 per hour

PLUS 45p per mile mileage

Full-time and part-time hours available

Who We're Looking For

Previous care experience is desirable, but attitude matters just as much. We're looking for people who are caring, reliable and genuinely want to make a difference.

You'll need to be:

Confident working independently
A good communicator
Comfortable travelling between care visits
Committed to providing excellent care

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desirable due to the community nature of the role.
