Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change (CN4C) is looking for an Executive Operations Manager to join our Resources Team and play a central role in supporting the effective running of our organisation.
This is much more than a traditional PA or administration role. You'll work closely with our CEO and Executive Team and support our Board of Trustees, with responsibilities spanning executive support, governance, HR administration, finance administration and organisational projects.
You’ll be at the heart of the organisation - helping turn plans into action, keeping important processes on track and making sure our leaders, Trustees and wider team have the information and support they need to do their best work.

The RoleAs our Executive Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with our Chief Executive Officer, Operations Director, Strategy, Learning and Development Director and Resources Director.
No two days are likely to look quite the same. You might be coordinating an important Board meeting, managing executive diaries and inboxes, making sure actions from an Executive Team meeting are progressing, supporting a recruitment process, updating project budgets, reviewing an organisational process or coordinating information for a strategic project.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality executive support to our CEO and Executive Team.
- Managing diaries, inboxes, meetings and competing priorities.
- Coordinating Board and Trustee meetings, papers, minutes and governance actions.
- Supporting charity governance and regulatory compliance.
- Supporting recruitment, Safer Recruitment processes and onboarding.
- Updating project and organisational budgets and supporting financial administration.
- Coordinating organisational and strategic projects.
