This position reports to the Fluids Value Stream Leader and is part of the Fluids department, located in Redruth and will be an on-site role.

• Build and assemble critical components for the Aerospace industry
• Work collectively with a team on shifts
• Develop within role learning new skills and operations

• Experience with hands-on manufacturing operations, with a great attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience with operation Health & Safety and Quality requirements in manufacturing.
• The ability to following technical work instructions and drawings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
