Live West is seeking a Youth Development Worker to provide person-led support for young people in Cornwall West services. You will engage through one-to-one coaching and group activities, helping clients build life skills for independent living and future employment.
This role involves safeguarding, case management and working on a rota, typically 37 hours per week with some weekend work. Flexible arrangements may be considered for suitable candidates.
