Part Time Medical Director Psychiatrist Locum Tenens Job in the California Bay Area

Details/Requirements:
Need is for a part-time Medical Director to provide 100% administrative/non-clinical onsite services for 8-10 hours a week at a 16-bed locked adult mental health rehab center inpatient program starting ASAP and ongoing.
Prefer a board certified doctor who has medical director experience and is local.
Flexible regarding days/hours worked
No call.
Medical director with strong leadership skills, good with processes, being a mentor and coach, and providing workflows, project management, and keeping people well versed on their responsibilities.
Medical director will monitor clinicians' performance, including KPIs like monitoring productivity, billable hours, no shows rate, etc. Will also conduct quality and peer reviews.
E.H.R. is Credible, so candidates must be computer savvy.
Takes about a month or so for credentialing.
Client prefers 3-month minimum assignments but the longer the better.
