The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
- We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Global Equity Operations to join our highly valued finance team! The Senior Manager, Global Equity Operations will be a key member of the finance team who will lead the company's stock administration program as we scale. This role will be responsible for hands‑on, end‑to‑end administration of equity plans with the ideal candidate understanding both private and public company experience.
The Opportunity:
- Oversee day‑to‑day administration of all equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, ESPP, and other equity awards.
- Manage the equity lifecycle from grant to vesting, exercise, settlement, cancellation, and termination.
- Serve as system owner for equity administration platforms (e.g., Carta and Schwab), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Partner with Payroll and Tax teams to ensure accurate taxation and reporting of equity events globally.
- Create clear communications and educational materials to help employees understand equity compensation.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- 8+ years of experience in stock administration, equity compensation, or related roles.
- Deep expertise in equity compensation plans and equity administration systems.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. equity regulations, accounting concepts (ASC 718), and tax considerations including global mobility.
- Experience supporting audits, board processes, and senior leadership.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and sound judgment.
- Gravitate to a fast‑paced work environment with the ability to manage competing priorities, adhere to tight deadlines and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Preferred
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
- Experience managing global equity programs across multiple countries.
- Recent experience in high‑growth public companies with greater than 1,000 participants
Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)
In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
Base Pay Range:
$165,600 - $225,000 USD
