As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reconciling general ledger and bank accounts
• Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Reviewing and analyzing cashflow forecasts
• Maintaining detailed financial supporting schedules

This position is ideal for professionals with accounting experience who are eager to contribute to a close-knit team within a growing company that offers excellent benefits.

• Maintain and update financial supporting schedules
• Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between general ledger and supporting schedules
• Accurately record and process accrued liabilities and reimbursements
• Track and reconcile fixed assets
• Review monthly cashflow forecasts
• Manage job cost business units and control workbooks
• Post monthly journal entries
• Record daily cash activities
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements
• Assist the Controller with various reports and analyses

• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• CPA certification preferred
• Experience in real estate, construction, or development is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong team player
