• Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail care treatments and color choices based on client preferences
• Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and store sales

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Manicurist
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures in a salon environment
• Familiarity with cosmetology practice
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals
• Prior experience with retail sales in a beauty setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
