We are currently hiring a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist) to join our growing team in Redwood City, CA.

• Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy using evidence‑based practices
• Conduct intakes, diagnostic assessments, and develop collaborative treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation per company guidelines
• Coordinate care with families, schools, medical professionals, and community partners as needed
• Participate in staff meetings, team consultations, and continuing education
• Offer culturally responsive care to clients from diverse backgrounds
• Support the clinic’s mission of expanding access and reducing barriers to care

• Active, unrestricted California license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist
• Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse client populations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and ethical standards
• Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort with technology (Valant experience a plus)
• Must be willing to work in a hybrid model (in‑person in Redwood City and telehealth)
• Credentialed with insurance panels is a plus—but not required
